Here they are:

* Because it's a cheap way to entertain yourself 

(and, in my case, others - if it is a Zumba class).
* Because you'll be able to reward yourself.
* Because you need a reason to wear those new workout clothes.
* Because you're tired of being tired.
* Because not working out is not going to get you very far.
* Because it's a great way to  spend some time outside.
* Because you made a commitment to yourself.
* Because you're tired of starting over.
* Because there will always be another wedding, vacation or reunion.
* Because you are not a quitter.


TA-DA!  Go do your thing :)

*Because you want to be healthy and capable of running around after your grandchild...
*Because why would you ever deny yourself such a cheap form of therapy WHILE toning you butt??
*Because the instructor is AWESOMELY inspiring and encouraging!
