boobs too big? hips too wide? tummy too jiggly?

ACCORDING TO WHO?
Watch the video. (Please. it's worth the 3 minute investment, I promise!). Those big boobs and wide hips would have been all the rage in a different decade. So, who is telling you that you need to get rid of them? There you are wishing you had thousands of dollars in your bank account to pay for a tummy tuck, when a skinny woman in the 50s would have KILLED to have your curves. 
So who is it that's telling you that your body shape is wrong? Wrong. Think about that for a minute or two. Really?
FUCK THAT! 
Are you going to listen to the geniuses who brought the world shit brown velour pantsuits? NO!
The reason for exercising is to be STRONG. To feel AMAZING. To have more energy. To be in a better mood.
Working out makes life more doable. More enjoyable. Are you eating as clean as possible? Are you moving that body of yours? Are you feeling awesome? Is your health awesome? Is your doctor saying: "Keep up the good work!"? Then there it is. The next time you look in the mirror and think you are too big, remind yourself that so many gorgeous Greek Gods would be pounding at your door looking for that rocking body of yours. Shift your focus to staying healthy, strong, peaceful and fabulous. It's time for you to stop stressing about not being the body shape for this decade. [How stupid does that sound, right?! Think about it.]  If you are feeling GREAT and are CAPABLE of taking care of yourself.......YOU ARE GOOD. REALLY GOOD!
(This will take time, guys. A shift means a lot of mental work. You need to gain control of your body image with your thoughts and attitude. Don't let anyone else tell you what you should look like! Remember. Greek Gods, women. Come on!)
