YOUR 6 WEEK SESSION PASS INCLUDES:
Full body workouts using a combination of body resistance and dumbbells for toning, stability and endurance.
Thursdays at 6:30 pm / Saturdays at 9:00 am
2 x 'The Zoomies!' Classes:
Fast pace, interval training (HIIT and Tabata style: short bursts of energy with rests in between) workouts to get that metabolism revved up!
Mondays at 9:00 am/Tuesdays at 6:45 pm
BOTH STYLES OF CLASSES WILL LEAVE YOU FEELING STRONGER, LEANER AND ENERGIZED!
Both are led by me, Sarah Green - a Certified Personal Trainer who has been in the health and fitness industry since 2004, and leading fitness classes since 2012.
The classes are fun, non-intimidating, motivating and effective!
take great care in the design of the class to ensure a full body workout and all levels of fitness are respected.
I am tempted to say that you will look forward to coming to class, I am here to make that happen!
There will always be proper instruction and prompting to help you remember your form and which muscles you are to focus on, modifications offered and a relaxing cool down to help prevent risk of injury.
I want you to feel what you are supposed to feel and gain as much from the work out as possible!
Oh, and this is, and always will be a burpee free zone ;)
Our motto is: SQUEEZE THE SHIT OUT OF EVERYTHING!
(Yes, swearing is involved in this class at times...apologies in advance!)
I will inspire you to perform at your best....and at times, take you slightly out of your comfort zone.
But, ultimately, it is up to you and where you want to take yourself in this class.
RESPECT YOUR LIMITS BUT RECOGNIZE YOUR STRENGTH.
The end result is a toned body, stronger muscles, better sleep, improved posture, greater energy and a happier outlook on life!

COST FOR ONE 6 WEEK PASS:

STEPS TO REGISTER:
1) Send an "I'm in!" email to Sarah at firstname.lastname@example.org
2) An intake form will then be sent to you (Liability release form, contact info, etc)
3) Send the signed form back to me (scan or take a photo).
4) Send an E-transfer for $66 to: email@example.com

5) Confirmation of payment will be sent to you, along with a huge thank you, and all ZOOM details you may need!
