STRONG Classes (muscle strength focus):
Full body workouts using a combination of body resistance and dumbbells for toning, stability and endurance.
Wednesdays at 9:00 am/Thursdays at 6:30 pm/Sundays at 10:00 am
'The Zoomies!' Classes (cardio focus):
Fast pace, interval training (HIIT and Tabata style: short bursts of energy with rests in between) workouts to get that metabolism revved up!
Saturdays at 9:00 am/Tuesdays at 6:45 pm
ALL CLASSES WILL LEAVE YOU FEELING STRONGER, LEANER AND ENERGIZED!
All are led by me, Sarah Green - a Certified Personal Trainer who has been in the health and fitness industry since 2004, and leading fitness classes since 2012.
The classes are fun, non-intimidating, motivating and effective!
I am tempted to say that you will look forward to coming to class, I am here to make that happen! YEP.
There will always be instruction/prompting to help you remember your form and which muscles you are to focus on, along with an excellent cool down.
Modifications are always offered.
RESPECT YOUR LIMITS BUT RECOGNIZE YOUR STRENGTH.
The end result is a toned body, stronger muscles, better sleep, improved posture, greater energy and a happier outlook on life!

1) Get your personal calendar up and ready!
2) Have a good look and see how many classes you can fit into your schedule.
3) MARK THEM INTO YOUR SCHEDULE LIKE IT IS AN APPOINTMENT, WOMAN.
4) Choose the best CLASS PASS for you!

Classes are $5.00 per, or you can buy the unlimited class pass for a better deal!
4 class pass: $20
6 class pass: $30
8 class pass: $40
10 class pass: $50
12 class pass: $60
Unlimited class pass: $75
DON’T FORGET, THIS IS A MONTH AND A HALF OF CLASSES, NOT A MONTHLY FEE!

Okay, let’s say you buy the 12 class pass for $60.00, thinking: “Hey, I can probably get to 2 classes a week on average!”
You can apply those 12 classes anywhere you like on this schedule (doesn’t have to be 2 each week. Could be 1 one week, 3 the next, etc.…)
I don’t need to know which classes you have decided to attend, I will just be ecstatic whenever I see you!
But what if you can get to more than 12? Let’s say an evening or a morning opens for you unexpectedly – AWESOME!
Tally up how many more you can get to (you will get the link to every class upon sign up) and then shoot me an extra 5 smackers for each extra class!

2) A Fitness Class waiver will be sent to you (if you are new!)
3) Send the signed form back to me (scan or take a photo).
4) Send an E-transfer payment to: email@example.com
(please add your name to the comments in the transfer, thanks!)
5) Confirmation of payment will be sent to you, along with a huge thank you, and all ZOOM details you may need!
6) We will see each other in Zoomland to lift each other up and feel amazing!
