"Before I joined inner athletes, I was in a slump. I didn't feel good about the way I looked, or felt. I felt older than my age. Our family's shedule is busy, and yet I had no energy to accomplish the daily demands, and struggled to keep up with my kids. My self esteem had taken a nose dive. Sarah invited me to a class. I wore a large, ballooning blouse...because I was too self conscience in a Tshirt.( I had gained 30lbs..since the birth of our second child...and he was 7!) She is supportive of where your individual fitness level is. She is so encouraging, and motivating. Somehow she manages to help you re-ignite fire deep down inside..that says "Yeah...there IS an inner athlete somewhere in there!" Sarah is a hardworking mom herself, and identifies with women who have put themselves on the back-burner too long, and are ready to feel better! Just when you are saying to yourself during an exercise, "Ok, I'm done..." she has an awareness, and will say, "Ok 3 more, I know you can do 3 more!" I have been attending classes for a year now. Since feeling stronger and having more energy, I am social-booking again, keeping up with the rigors of every day, and sheduling kids / work, and activities better... and even re-lit the fire in my marriage! ( I hadn't realized how much I was pushing him away...because I didn't feel good about MYSELF!") Inner Athletes has helped me take time I need for me, and everyone else is reaping the rewards of a happier mommy, and wife. Plus, I am a good example now of counting in fitness every week, for our kids. Without Sarah,I would never push myself as hard to get out my best, if I were at home, or a gym. "When Sarah asked if I was interested in trying out her new work out classes I instantly said YES! She has contagious, good energy so I knew it would be fun. Her choice of music is great, she has proper warm up and cool down time with a perfect mix of cardio and strength training in between. "Sarah Green's class is worth every ounce of sweat that you put into it. The combination of exercises in each routine works every part of your body and the results are worth it. I have noticed a significant change in my energy level and overall fitness - keeping up with my three young kids is a lot easier than it used to be (and I love it!). Her enthusiasm for her work made me push myself with every exercise (even push-ups!) and it was never boring. I love that she changed the routine weekly and also switched up the tunes to inspire us.
